New online learning program: ASK SMT Shipping
SMT Shipping is deeply committed to maritime education worldwide. To support this effort, SMT has created an online learning program known as ASK SMT Shipping. Working with partner maritime academies around the world, ASK SMT Shipping consists of one-hour presentations by senior SMT managers, giving students direct access to our leadership. This week, students from The University of Trinidad and Tobago spent time with SMT’s Fleet Management: Director of Fleet Operations Janusz Sienkiewicz and Director of Construction and Special Projects Slawomir Pyz. They explained the role of SMT's Fleet Management, which overseas Crewing, Purchasing, and Technical Management, and focused on SMT’s commitment to safety and sustainability.
